seriously .. I am that pissed .. Just that I din have time to
look for the flip table icon to post..
I was swearing at home so loudly, everyone heard me ..
I wonder if I write a complain email to them .. will they give
me a complimentary phone? or hopefully a voucher? 
Just now was a xdd who took my phone in. I couldn't scold him,
because its the bloody technicians inside doing a lousy job.. not
very fair to scold the front line ppl ..
But I said, if you all make me come back for the 4th time, you
all better replace a new phone for me.
do it. but only if you have the time and it doesn't eat into
your study time. maybe after your exams?
